C\u2019est le d\u00e9but de ma m\u00e9tamorphose ! Je me suis appuy\u00e9e sur mes exp\u00e9riences pass\u00e9es et les enseignements scientifiques modernes et traditionnels de la naturopathie pour mieux me comprendre et m\u2019aider \u00e0 \u00e9voluer vers la meilleure version de moi-m\u00eame.<\/p><p>Le point d\u2019entr\u00e9e de cette transformation est l\u2019entretien de mon corps. Je commence par \u00e9tablir un bilan de vitalit\u00e9 et \u00e0 modifier doucement mes habitudes alimentaires, mon activit\u00e9 corporelle (d\u00e9penses et apports en \u00e9quilibre) et la qualit\u00e9 de mon sommeil. Je cherche \u00e9galement \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer ma relation \u00e0 moi-m\u00eame et aux autres. Elle met en avant la pr\u00e9vention et l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne de vie. Son but est de redonner int\u00e9grit\u00e9 et \u00e9quilibre au corps et \u00e0 l\u2019esprit.
